An apprenticeship provides great benefits to 雇主 and employees alike, boosting your 工作人员's capabilities through a combination of academic study and on-the-job training.

The AG真人 has been developing and delivering degree apprenticeships since 2016. These programmes are designed by 雇主 for 雇主, meeting the needs of the public and private sector while improving 工作人员 development and retention. 

Our apprentices combine work with part-time university study and develop through on-the-job learning with work-based projects relevant to their organisation. Programmes are offered through a combination of face-to-face and digital learning.

Our apprenticeship programmes range from business and management to education, 建设, engineering and the built environment, 健康和科学.

What is a degree apprenticeship?

Higher and degree apprenticeships are jobs with industry-led educational programmes attached that lead to university qualifications. An apprenticeship is a three-way partnership between an education provider (the AG真人), 雇主, 一个学徒, who could be an existing employee or a new hire. 

Apprentices spend most of their time at the workplace in a relevant professional role, with 20% of their time (usually one day per week) released for university study. The AG真人 offers level 5, 6和7个学徒, 相当于基础, bachelors and masters degrees respectively.
